Inspired by Italian classics, Ed and his chefs focus on finding the beauty in fresh, prime ingredients. Just-baked bread and sizzling handmade meatballs, rich tomato sauces and tender parmigiana – each dish is simple, satisfying and prepared daily.

Homegrown flavors are the secret. Our buffalo mozzarella comes from nearby dairy farms, our vegetables from market gardens and our handpicked seafood from New England fishermen. When we say we’re committed to being the best Italian restaurant in New Hampshire, we mean it.
